Preface
Vampires, once thought unholy, are now a part of every day life. They're not the blood thirsty children of the night that can't go into sun light like you see on TV. They're just like regular people, pretty much.
Vampirism is caused by the Human Vampiric Pathogen or HVP, a recently discovered virus. HVP augments the body many times over, resulting in increased strength, speed, enderance and increased sences of sight, smell, and hearing. The virus also attacks and destroys other viruses and hamful bacteria to preserve it' well being, this causes extremely good health. The HVP virus also lets the host go into a hibrinative state. While in hibrination, one does not age or require food.
The only down side is that over time the HVP virus brakes down hemoglobin, this results in the need to drink blood. The brake down is slow so the need for blood is minor, unless ignored for a long period of time.
I just wrote this hope you all like it. All the info is based off a theory proposed by Ludovico Fatinelli in 1616

and the break down of haemoglobin also causes the vamire to be pale skinned! i learned that in bio today...we were talkin about blood in bio today and i almost passed out coz i was hit by hunger pains and my head was splitting coz i could hear every heartbeat in the room and it was deafening.....i fell out of my chair and just sat on the floor gripping my stomach and my forhead and the teacher sent me the nurses office but i just grabbed my bag and ran.....i spent the rest of the day in the library...fun day..............
