Picture by: Kaitelyn Anne-Marie Barbour (a.k.a Manga Angel) Date: 2008 My mom is my inspiration. She is a great artist. She isn’t famous or anything, but her sketches are even greater than my own. My reason for drawing this picture was to test my skills as an artist and an anime fanatic. Someday I hope to create my own anime series. I am currently in high school, and I’ve been drawing ever since I can remember. I keep most of my drawings to show how my skills have progressed throughout the years. I don’t like drawing characters from TV shows, because I think it is more fun to come up with my own characters.
