Ummm, positive, constructive feedback: Meaning if you say something a litle negative, be sure to also introduce and close with more positive things too.
If you don't like someone's story don't say something, simple as that. I had someone completely dissmy works out to the whole world without me even knowing it, I hated HATED that.
