no its not a french clan of course, but tip for anybody trying to go anywhere especially france, learn some french before you go there ppl really aren't going to talk to you if you just start speaking english, you should be able to ask if they know english, i was just speaking french because i know some, plus i put the english translation there and if u need a another reason the clan's name is Paris
