Where you can get it depends on your location, but it is a candy, and not alcholic. They are chocolate covered bisquit sticks really.
ahaha actually before someone told me what it was i thought it was a drug or sumthin... but it's not! it's a japanes candy and i'm not sure where u can get it but here u can get it at pretty much any grocery store...
