Web Sales Internship
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Guarantee on time and on schedule delivery of projects for TP Media Division. Maintain superior levels of quality while meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements. Schedule and upload episodic content for online video channels.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Web Sales Intern, you will perform a variety of duties in the preparation of assisting in scheduling, delivering and coordination of projects. You will maintain inventory master list, schedule channel syndication and upload inventory per schedule to each channel and TP.com and provide regular report of views/property/channel (metrics for potential advertisers/sponsors). Additionally, you will be involved in working with different community groups in social network sites.
DUTIES:
• Establish and maintain production schedules, evaluate and ensure quality meets established standards
• Ensure timely delivery and distribution of TP assets
• Ensure all external and internal TP sites are consistent with up-to-date contents
• Traffic schedules and ensure milestones are met on time
• Coordinate various materials for the production of DVD’s, VHS and other video products.
• Make recommendations for improvement to Producers
• Examine all material for accurate delivery
• Ensure all materials are delivered on time
• Monitor progress, investigate various issues and take responsibility for all materials you deliver
• Maintain related budgetary records and accounts for all material
• Prepare regular and special reports
• Identify new online channels for video distribution
• Other assignments as determined by your Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Non-Paid Internship, for course credit only.
• We will do our best to make the internship an educational opportunity.
• We will work around the intern’s school schedule and be very flexible; however, a regular weekly schedule is required. This position is a 16-20 hour/week commitment.
