*Yuki and Tohru  shoe lockers at school.*
Yuki; Ms. Honda are you feeling well?
Tohru: oh, Yuki yes I’m fine just tired is all. I didn’t sleep well last
night.
Yuki: well see you in class then.
kyo then shuts his locker door and is staring at tohru who doesn’t
realize he is there. Her head is leaning against the locker and she is
looking very ill. Kyo approaches and puts his arm on her locker
door. tohru realizes he is there, she turns and says oh hi kyo I didn’t
see you there. kyo puts his hand on her forehead you have a
fever.
Tohru: no I’m fine really don’t worry about me...hahaha
Kyo yea well lets get going were going to be late
Tohru and Kyo go to class. Teacher at front of class talking and
writing on the board. Tohru trying to concentrate but fading in and
out. *finally a break*  Tohru, Arisa and Hana Jima are sitting by the
window. Tohru has her head down resting on the windowsill. Uo says
are you OK you’ve been looking tired and pale lately.
Hana: yes, Tohru you’re not your usual bubbly self.
*tohru thinks I’m bubbly well I can live with that. *
Tohru; not really I’m fine just a bit tired I haven’t been sleeping well
what with finals looming ahead and all.
Arisa: you’ve got to be joking right!?  Finals are three months away
you sure thats it?
Tohru; yes really i’m fine don’t worry about me.
uo and hana; well in that case were going to go and grab a bite want
to join us?
Tohru; no thanks you go ahead I’ll catch up in a little while.
*uo and hana leave *
*Kyo enters with a juice in hand *
Kyo: here I thought this would maybe help you feel better.
tohru with head still resting on windowsill you can tell she doesn’t
feel well and she is too weak to even look up .
Tohru; oh kyo thank you. Just what the doctor ordered.*trying to
sound upbeat,  he sets the juice down beside her and she reaches for
it not lifting her head off the sill. kyo grabs the drink and opens it
for her. he sits it back down she reaches for it but being so weak
she knocks it to the floor where the juice just spills out everywhere.
as she knocks the juice off she too falls too the ground. kyo reaches
for her she lands on the floor. kyo frantically looks around the
and he spots the map hanging at the front of the room he runs up and
rips it from the frame. he takes it over and rolls tohru up into it. he
then gently  picks her up carefully trying to ensure she
doesn’t transform him he can only think Hatori, Hatori. At this time
Yuki, Arisa and Hana enter the room their mouths fall open. Kyo runs
by them kicking the door off the frame as he goes. Yuki follows
close behind.
Arisa: hey where are you taking her, whats wrong please wait. Tell
us!!
Yuki: don’t worry we’re taking her to the doctor. We’ll keep you
informed of her condition as soon as we can.
uo and hana stand in the hall watching after them hugging one
another.
kyo and yuki enter hatori’s
Kyo : HATORI we need your help Tohru's sick.(all this while he is
breathing heavy) and yuki is just standing there at a loss.
hatori gets up from his chair as they enter. To their surprise shigure
is there also.
Hatori: kyo bring her over here. Lie her down. He then proceeds to
check her breathing and temp.
Shigure: what happened to tohru?
Kyo; I don’t know she hasn’t looked well for a few days now but
today at school she just collapsed.
Hatori at his desk writing on a piece of paper. Kyo on his knees
next to tohru who is lying on the floor. Shigure in corner and Yuki
is by the doorway.
Hatori( brings the paper over  and says yuki run down the
street to the local pharmacy and get me these things.
yuki happy to be able to do something helpful turns and runs full
speed out the door, at this time shigure and hatori are over in the
corner talking
Tohru stirs she opens her eyes slightly and sees Kyo.
Tohru: Kyo, ( she reaches for his hand. she mumbles don’t want to
be here, go home, don’t see akito anymore please home... at this time
haru and momiji come in. momiji disregards the shoe rule and runs
to tohrus side and haru with jacket slung over shoulder slowly
removes his boots. Kyo is fuming what does she mean hatori?
Hatori says he doesn’t know what tohru is talking about as far as he
knows the last time tohru saw akito was at the summer home.
Haru speaks up she was here.
everyone turns to him all except momiji who has his head hung
low kneeling beside tohru stroking her hand to his cheek.
Haru: she was here three days ago.
Hatori: I didn’t know that I left that day to restock some of my
supplies. *He was really out on a date with Mayu. *

Momiji then in a quiet murmur says yes Haru and I had just returned
from dinner and we saw Tohru being led into Akitos room. We
stayed hidden by the trees until she came out. She left after only
ten minutes. (flashback of Tohru leaving with her head hung low
you can’t see her eyes just hair framing  her face closing the door
slowly behind her. Then Kyo says three days ago huh? She said she
had fallen coming home with the groceries. Of course I thought
nothing of it cause she’s always fallin or running into stuff.
Shigure: thats right she had those bumps and bruises on her arms
and face. Kyo you surely dont think.....
at this time Yuki enters with his parcels in hand. He brings the
packages to Hatori and then looks around at everyones somber faces.
Kyo: that bastard Akito. I’m gonna kill him. He did this to her.
Kyo stands slowly with his fist clenched at both sides.
he starts walking toward the door Shigure grabs his arm
Shigure: Kyo think about what you’re doing.
Kyo: Shigure , this is beyond you, now let go.
Hatori: let him go, Shigure.
Kyo walks down the hall followed by Yuki, Haru and Shigure. Hatori
turns to Momiji .
Hatori: stay with Tohru, Momiji.
Momiji looks on as a single tear drops from his eye.
Kyo reaches the doors yells A-K-I-T-O 
he slams open the door with such force it splinters and bits of
wood and paper go flying through the air.
Akito is standing by the open window and turns slowly as
everyone else enters the room. 
Akito: My, my Kyo what a pleasant surprise. Is there something I can
help you with.
Kyo with rage on his face and fist still clenched at his sides approaches
closer to Akito who is now in the center of the room with his bird
on his finger. He takes the bird and places it in it’s cage.
Kyo: AKITO, what the hell did you do to her?
Akito: By her I assume you mean Miss Tohru Honda?
kyo; You know @$%# well who I mean. What did you tell her?
Akito: I simply told her that her actions were futile and that she
must leave the Sohmas forever never to return again. Why is that
not alright with you Kyo?
Kyo standing right in front of Akito kicks him with his left leg and
sends akito flying into the bird cage. Shigure  reaches out to make a move towards akito   but Hatori grabs his arm and holds him back.
Kyo; its over you sick freak. You no longer own me do you hear that!? 
Your reign of terror is over. You have no power over any of us
anymore. You sick twisted bastard. We have bowed down to you
our whole lives no more. Your through. You have lost your control
over us. Kyo moves forward bends over grabs the front of akitos robe , We will never live in fear of you again. Do you hear me
AKITO we’re free of you!!  Me, Yuki, Tohru, Haru,
Hatori,Shigure..........(laughing like a great relief has just been lifted 
from his shoulders.) you might as well be dead and then he throws
him down to the ground. He turns and everyone's faces are in
disbelief. Haru is smirking obviously happy. Kyo walks past Yuki
who is standing there with his mouth gaping open. He stops turns
to yuki puts his hand on shoulder and says
Kyo: its over man you don’t have to fear Akito anymore. C’mon
let’s get Tohru home.
Everyone turns to leave. Shigure isn’t sure what to do but he
follows everyone else out. Hatori looks as if he’s going to say
something then turns and exits also.

*back at Shigures house in Tohrus room . *
Tohru is in bed sleeping with a rag on her head. Kyo is in a deep sleep
sitting beside her bed in a chair with his head lying down beside her.
meanwhile downstairs in the dining room. Every member of the zodiac is sitting
around talking about the day's events and what to do next.
*back in tohrus room. She stirs, her eyelids flutter and she slowly
wakes. She turns and sees Kyo lying there and smiles obviously
feeling better, she brushes a piece of hair from his face. This wakes
him up and he slowly opens his eyes and sees her smiling, he smiles
back at her and  turns so his chin is on his arm and just stares into her eyes.
kyo;*yawning* how’re you feeling?
Tohru: oh much better thanks * she doesn't remember passing out or any of the other stuff that happened* I told you I just needed some rest.
Kyo smiles thinking about all that took place. Tohru hears lots of
voices she asks whose downstairs? Kyo lifts his head and looks
toward the door oh, he says a few of your fans. They want to
thank you.
tohru; thank me? yes some things happened while you were asleep.
tohru oh really what? she tries to sit up and gets dizzy she falls
back to her pillow Kyo immediately jumps up and the chair flies
out from under him. Are you ok he asks as he puts one hand on her
forhead and the other on her hand. She collects herself and says
yes, I'm still just a little tired. She asks Kyo to lie down with her
for a while. He tucks the blankets under her and then gently enters
the bed above the covers. They lie their facing one another. He
stares into her eyes and she keeps dozing off due to the medicine
Hatori gave her earlier. Kyo takes both of Tohrus hands in his and
kisses them. She suddenly wakes up startled. He then kisses her
forhead, she smiles and she slowly falls back to sleep.  He softly brushes her lips w/ his and he whispers in a soft tone "I love you, Tohru, I always have!! A smile gently plays across her face!! Kyo wraps his arms around her and they both fall asleep holding one another. Tohru doesn’t even realize it!! Kyo is holding her and did
not transform. The door opens and Yuki enters with a tray of food in hand , he sees
the two exhausted holding one another and smiles. Then quietly
slides the door shut again. THE END

So in conclusion to my story Kyo and Tohru are finally together...Yay...bout time..The spell is obviously broken in case u didn't get that...Kyo and Tohru were embracing..Yay...wish it were me ..but alas such is my life...but anyhoo this is how I want it to end.... Romantical isn't it....LOL...if u like it PLZ pop it....K ...Thanx... P.S. plz forgive any grammatical and spelling errors...this story popped in my head and I had to type fast...LOL
