AKIRA We should tell the leaders about Rei, Chi. 

CHI Not yet, Akira. We’ll tell them when we return. Don’t send word yet. 

YAKU Other girl come visit… ***POINTS outside the window***

***CHI saw Lilac who saw him and went inside.***

CHI You gave word to Lilac on our whereabouts?! 

AKIRA No, I didn’t! 

LILAC It’s not right for an emperor to go on journeys without his wife to be. ***LILAC suddenly appears*** 

CHI I’m not going home yet, Lilac. 

LILAC I know… The leaders just gave word that you come home in five days. So, you better hurry it up… 

AKIRA You came all the way here to say that? My, you must really love Chi. 

LILAC Yes, and NO… I dropped by to tell you that and it’s because I’m on a little personal assignment. ALSO! No use running away when I take you back, ‘coz the leaders have sent a watcher with you. ***POINTING at Akira*** 

CHI They sent you with us?! 

AKIRA Well… yeah. 

SHIROI For a prince, you sure are well guarded by amazing women, Chi. ***CAME out of the room with Kuroi*** 

LILAC I see you’ve managed to find her unharmed. What about the assassin? 

SHIROI He’s coming… wanna meet him?

KUROI  He couldn’t find Yoichi…or anyone else. He said that after the earthquake, there was a great flash and he woke up alone as if the people were never there at all.

***THE mirror flashed and immediately Kuroi ran to see but there wasn’t anything there but just a glow.***

***STILL there was just a glow that soon faded and there was just her face turned sad. SHIROI came close and embraced her and Kuroi buried herself on her shoulders crying. AT night, in a remote part of Vine Village , Lilac walked alone carrying flowers and approaching to an old little hut in the woods. The cottage was abandoned and there, on one area of a wall was a carving of a heart that says E+X.*** 

LILAC ***SMILED*** Foolish… 

***LILAC went to the back and there she found a small mound of rocks where nearby was a wooden vase with withered flowers in it. As Lilac approached, two orb spirit appeared near the tomb. She kneeled down and replaced the old flowers with a new one.*** 

LILAC   How are you, uncle? I bumped into your son a few weeks ago. It’s been a very long time since last I saw him. He’s got a new girl now. How are you, Papa? I miss you sooo much. I’ll be getting married soon. But not with X. But Chi is okay. He cares for me a whole lot and I love him for that…. 

***BEHIND the bushes staring was Xijui, hidden in the shadows and was discrete. Just looking at Lilac who was visiting a grave. Suddenly, Lilac turned around.*** 

LILAC Who’s there?! 

***XIJUI had already vanished as if she wasn’t there at all. Next day, Rox was in the busy market of Vine Village waiting for Xijui who came running towards him.*** 

ROX Where’d you ran off to, Xijui? You just vanish and re-appear all the time. 

XIJUI I found out where Shiroi and Kuroi are. 

ROX Already? You really are a very good tracker, Xijui. 

XIJUI Tell me something I don’t know. They’ve left for the altar already. 

ROX Why are they still going to the altar when Suna has already been summoned? 

XIJUI Yaku knows why… shall we go? 

***ROX climbed up Xijui and rode off. GOING up the mountains, Chi was helping Kuroi up while Akira was carrying Yaku, Senko was a small creature behind Shiroi who was already up ahead, climbing.*** 

SHIROI We’re almost there. Just a few more feet. 

KUROI I can’t seem to climb anymore Shiroi, why can’t we use magic? 

SENKO I think it is because of that Namida… My source doesn’t even work. 

CHI Can you still make it, Kuroi? 

SHIROI She can… Just a few more steps, Kuroi. 

***SHIROI reached the top of the mountain and found the altar. Her company followed.*** 

SHIROI Now that we’re all here… what then, Yaku? 

***YAKU went down from Akira’s arms and approached the altar. He got down on his knees and started to crawl around, looking for something.*** 

YAKU LEO! ***LEO appeared and started sniffing.*** 

SHIROI Darn it! Why didn’t we ask him to help us climb up here. 

SENKO Somehow its impossible, Shiroi ‘coz he’s just a child. 

YAKU AHA! I found it! 

KUROI You found what? 

YAKU Chi, look… ***YAKU ran to Chi and gave him a shell.*** 

CHI A shell necklace. 

YAKU Ame gave necklace to Suna. Suna needs that to remember Ame and everyone. 

SHIROI We came here for a necklace? 

YAKU Not that alone. Leo! 

***LEO growled, walk towards Yaku and Chi, carrying in between his mouth was a wooden flute with gold strings. YAKU took the flute from Leo and Leo vanished. Yaku played the flute and all of a sudden, the winds started to blew hard.*** 

KUROI What’s happening?! 

AKIRA Quick! Everyone take hold of the vines or you’ll be blown away! 

***THE wind started to blew hard and made a strong tornado on top of the mountain. Chi held on to a vine but lost his grip and flew.*** 

KUROI CHI!!! 

***AS Chi was about to fall from the top, a live vine caught him. And soon everyone was tied by a vine with the help of Rox who came with Xijui behind. Yaku stopped playing the flute.*** 

ROX Yaku! What did you do that for??? 

YAKU Look! 

***POINTS up in the sky cleared with clouds. A huge floating rock that sized like a mountain was found.*** 

AKIRA The altar of Iki… 

SENKO I thought it would never be found. 

YAKU Iki up there waiting… 

KUROI I hope she is safe. 

CHI The question is, how are we able to get there? 

ROX Easy… We’ll find flying creatures. 

AKIRA  Or flying contraptions… There is this huge one back at the palace. 

SENKO I doubt Iki will welcome visitors… as you remember, she was the one who made countless disturbances on Windese country more than a century ago. 

YAKU Iki waiting up there. Only Ame knows where bridge to there. So we need to go to Ame now. 

ROX There’s a bridge? 

***YAKU started walking and going down.*** 

AKIRA  It feels like babysitting a highly active child. And I’m starting to get tired of it. 

SHIROI So where are we off to now? 

CHI Vida bay…
