SHIROI So, how do we get to this Root Valley?
ROX By boat. Root Valley is where I was born, you know. It used to be full spirits dwelling in many caves before but they all started vanishing when Recca took the throne.
SHIROI Why?
ROX You see… Recca were killing many Spirits. Remember what Senko said about killing their kind? Well… Recca sent soldiers to Root Valley to have them tell where the Iris was hidden. The Spirits didn’t want to tell so, disaster occurred.
SHIROI What is the Iris?
ROX The Iris is a mirror that Sora and Hoshi made. Sora is your mother, by the way…
SHIROI My mother… It sounds so strange to know that I have a mother.
ROX Why is that? You said you have a family?
SHIROI Well.. the man I’ve been calling father is not actually my father; it’s just a name I call him to tease him. He is only just eight years older than me. But he did tell me that my mother is still alive but she left me to his care… and that my real father died when I was a year old.
XIJUI Does this man you call father, know where your mother is now?
SHIROI I believe he does but I’m afraid I won’t be able to find out anymore. He died four years ago.
ROX I see… Well, good news is your TRUE father is not dead… just, in Infinia… Well… I am sorry to say that Sora is no longer alive.
SHIROI How can I be a daughter of Apollus when I have lived all my life in Visionia? Don’t you think it sounds odd? Me being born in a world and grew up in a different one?
ROX Well… it does. But I have no doubt that it was meant to be that way. I am sorry no one told you about your true parents.
SHIROI How can you be sure I am the daughter of Apollus?
ROX Because you showed the sign of Infinian Seed on your forhead when you called upon the Sources and when you called out Yaku on his altar.
XIJUI Let us not speak about it now. I smell the blood of Dis lurking. We must go to Root Village as soon as possible.
ROX Alright! I’ll go use this crest to get ourselves a nice ship to get us to the shores of Brown Town.
SHIROI I thought we were going to Root Valley?
ROX We are. From Brown Town we go north to Root Valley.
SHIROI What about Senko? He hasn’t been with us since last night.
XIJUI Senko is around. Light creatures don’t show themselves in front of Rheansians. Don’t worry…. He’ll be with us when we journey to Root Valley.
***IN a garden at the palace…***
CHI That was very brave of you, Kuroi.
KUROI I was scared, Chi! All those leaders… And that Lord--- Windon!
CHI Oh! Him! He used to be the emperor of Rhea before my father.
KUROI No wonder he is so intimidating. ***YAKU starts to make barriers from areas to areas in the garden***
CHI Well… you got us to be permitted to go after Shiroi. You ought to be proud of yourself! I am!
YAKU After we find Suna!
CHI Yes, after we find Suna… Well, we need armors or barriers for defenses from Dis.
KUROI Chi… you think we can find our way there safe and unharmed?
CHI I can’t assure you that, Kuroi. But I’ll have the Fireen Sword of my father. It will help us fight back against Dis somehow.
KUROI Seems that Yaku will take care of our defenses but I’m concerned about our offense. I don’t think I can be strong enough. ***YAKU made a ring barrier that caught Kuroi and Chi in it; the diameter shrunk and pulled them close to each other.***
CHI It’ll be okay… We’ll be strong together.
YAKU Yaku still need to learn to expand barrier so we can be safe.
***KUROI and Chi blushed as they were face to face.***
SHIROI You call this a nice ship?! And we’re sailing to an open sea, silly! ><
***SHIROI and her company are on a tiny boat with just a sail and small rations of food. Out in the sea***
ROX Alright already! I made a mistake! I should’ve ringed that merchant’s neck for such a cheap boat. And we’re NOT sailing to an open sea.
XIJUI Hey look! Holes! We’ll already have sunken before sun sets.
ROX I know! But Brown Town isn’t that far. It’ll just be a few hours of ride so just sit back, have a snack and wait.
SENKO You choose poorly, boy.
SHIROI So good of you to show up, Senko. I have a question: What makes you sure I am the daughter of Apollus when I have lived in Visionia all my life?
SENKO When you casted that Source summoning on me back in the forrest a symbol appeared on your forehead. It is the same symbol that appears on the keepers whenever they call out Sources. And at the altar of Yaku, you and Kuroi knew the incantation to summon him.
SHIROI The symbol is strange because I don’t have it now. And the incantation is even stranger… How was I and Kuroi able to know what to say?
XIJUI You spoke with your hearts…
SHIROI My heart….this is getting confusing… If I am the daughter of Apollus and Sora… it is sad because I have never known them… And Rox, you said, Sora was your great, great grandmother. How can that be? It doesn’t make any sense!
ROX It is a story that runs more than a hundred years old, Shiroi. My great grandfather, Roxius Lazuli was the son of Sora Sphere from her second husband, Leos Lazuli.
SHIROI So that would make me---
ROX HA-HA-HA-HA! ^o^ My great grand stepmother! Oh, this is so hilarious!
SHIROI I should throw you off the boat! And it’s halfmother or something. And you were saying something about marrying me, remember?!
ROX Oh! Yeah… O_O?!  Forget I said that, okay? Anyway… when darkness fell once again in Rhea, Angel saved Sora, Hoshi and the two daughters: you and Kuroi.
SHIROI Who is Hoshi? And Angel?
SENKO Hoshi is Kuroi’s father… Luna is her mother- the other keeper.
SHIROI So, Angel saved Sora, Hoshi and the two daughters---?
ROX Sora bargained with Angel to give her the incantation to open the doors of Visionia in a hundred years--- that will be the time the Seeds of Rhea will have awaken.
SHIROI Why would Sora put the daughters in Visionia? And why after a hundred years to awaken the Seeds of Rhea?
XIJUI You catch up pretty fast, Shiroi.
SENKO Well, Sora put the daughters in Visionia to keep them from Dis who wants the source you are carrying. Locking someone inside Visionia will hold one’s time; not grow old, go hungry, thristy or die. They are sealed there until someone takes them back to time. It was the safest place to hide the daughters.
ROX And the cycle of the Seeds of Rhea after they ascend to Infinia always takes a hundred years for them to awaken back in Rhea.
SHIROI Hmmmm… I see… What about this Angel? Why would he give the incantation to Sora and Hoshi? What’s in it for him?
ROX He wanted to be saved as well since Dis is also after him.
SHIROI Why would Dis be after him?
XIJUI Because he has part of the Source… Just like you who has it. But you got it from your father. Angel stole his from the Source.
SHIROI So… he is also in Visionia to hide from Dis. Wait…Why would he steal some power?
XIJUI With it… he can have the power to destroy Rhea.
SHIROI Destroy?! If he possessed it why save Sora, Hoshi and the daughters?
ROX Because the keepers, Apollus and Luna…And the Seeds, have the power to take back what he stole by reuniting all Seeds to the Source. He wanted to stop them and kill the chosen---
SHIROI Okay, enough! I don’t think I can take much more of this! Answers lead to more questions!
ROX You have no idea, Shiroi.
***IN the palace, Kuroi and Chi rides off with Yaku. They are bound for Spark town. When they arrived at the port. Kuroi finds Akira waiting by a boat.***
AKIRA Thought you could just leave without me?
CHI What are you doing here? Kuroi, have you met the best warrior and tracker of all Rheansia--- Akira?
AKIRA Flattery won’t get you anywhere, Chi. And why do you have the sword of your father? You know you’re not allowed to take hold of that yet.
KUROI You stole it?
AKIRA Well… it’s his to belong to but not until he is crowned emperor of Rheansia.
YAKU We must find Suna. NOW!
AKIRA Oh, Fireen Seed Yaku. Can I come along? I will not cause you trouble. I promise you. ***WINKS. Yaku smiles.***
CHI You can’t come with us!
AKIRA Oh yes I can! And I will.
CHI Don’t tell me you’re dying from boredom?
AKIRA You know I don’t get into much exercise at the palace, Chi. And besides! You need protection.
CHI NO! I’ll be the one who does the protecting! If you want to come with us--- well, you must teach me how to fight like a Magi warrior!
AKIRA Hmmm… You got yourself a deal, your highness.
KUROI This is wonderful! That way we can be much safer with Akira around. ***CHI blushes***
YAKU Shiroi in Brown town. Man from her past will meet her.
KUROI Man from her past? Shiroi has no other man except the man who raised her, Hitoru. But he died 4 years ago… ... ... How long until we get there?
AKIRA Here’s where you come in, Chi! Impress us with your sailing skills.
CHI Well, with this boat, we’ll be able to get there in an hour and a half or lesser since wind is good today.
KUROI I hope Shiroi and her friends will be alright by then.
***ARRIVING at the port of Brown Town, Senko transformed himself to a much tinier and placed himself on Shiroi’s shoulder.***
SHIROI Not running away this time, huh?
SENKO I’m making you my priority to protect and be unharmed.
SHIROI That’s sweet of you but I’m doing fine on my own. Rox, what do we do now?
ROX Soilers are good with poisons and medicine. They make the yummiest food too. We should make use of this crest in this part of continent. Brown town is one industrious place!
SHIROI We’re not here for a vacation, Rox! Let’s go find that--- ***SHIROI bumped into a man*** OUCH!
MAN Sh- Shiroi!
SHIROI Do I--- know you?
MAN My name is Namida. I’ve been looking all over for you, Shiroi.
