This is an excerpt of "Last Lilith".
It is the other title that I am working on. It is meant for a webcomic- a web graphic novel. The art will not be done by me; though I will be hands on every art and will do the approving. But main job here is I'm writer of this tale. ^___^
This is written in a different form now. Dunno the exact term but it is written from the characters point of view.
POP if it is worth POPping.
No POP game here ok? ^___^ I only want to post this and see how you guys find it.
===The Book of Lilith===
The Deitus created a paradise called Elysia- the Valleys of Light. It was a magnificent valley of endless possibilities. All that the Deitus made can be found there; existing in harmony.
The Deitus created Mada to rule them all. And I was created to be his companion… Lilith.
My sole purpose was to mother the children I will have with Mada; to be his wife.
We were alike, Mada and I. We share the same things and ideas together… but we want to have things differently. We started arguing… we were alike but way too different in seeing things through. Mada always wanted to have things done this way and would belittle my being sometimes. We ended up against each other’s wishes; it was horrible. As much as I want things to work out, we just couldn’t get along. Neither of us would accept the other’s views and lead anymore. So I left the Valleys of Light and went to the Grey Plains.
I wandered far and wide. My heart was torn from all that didn’t work; all that I had hoped to come to past had become mere dreams and would never come to exist; it’s all a wishful thinking. I could never be the woman he dreamed me to be. But to Samael, I was…
He was the son of the Deitus; a son who left his father to create his own world and people. He said he would give me what Mada wouldn’t. That I am someone he needed; and I wanted to be needed… and I needed someone like him as well. I found home with Samael and I was glad.
We lived near The Blood River that carried my blood and my children with Samael. My children were beautiful and carried the ability of their father. Samael was proud but he wanted more children, so everyday I bore him a hundred more.
Not long later, the Deitus sent three Wingdian Knights, to the Blood River; they were beings with strong wide wings, wearing glimmering cloths and carrying swords. They were sent to ask me to go back to the Valleys of Light.
They gave me seven days to go back but Samael wouldn’t have it.
Seven hundred eighty four children of ours died and seven hundred eighty four times I cried. I could not bear children anymore; the Deitus took my purpose and it was unbearable hell for me.
But Samael did not shed one tear. Samael had expected this and was pleased. For the next seven hundred eighty-four days, one by one, a child of mine was given life through a power that exists in the depths of Samael’s black soul. My children became the undead.
Wingdian Knights descended from the skies and battled my children who were now what Samael would call his demons. In the midst of the battle, I ran back to the Valleys of Light.
Reaching there, I found that I was no longer welcome. A woman named Ifa had taken my place. She has made Mada happy and the Deitus pleased. And I was cursed to eternity with black hearted Wingdian in the Blood River.
Not too long, Samael had found me and taken me. This time he brought me to a valley he named Sheol; where our children who had died from the battle came to exist again. They were immortal.
Sheol was a place where it would take 392 cycles of the moon to reach and same to leave from.
Samael was enraged when I went to the Valleys of Light but in the end was grateful for showing him the way. Samael had sent our first son to enter the Valleys and not soon enough, Ifa and Mada were banished from the Valleys of Light.
My son had managed to temp Ifa into eating the fruit of mortality and she had persuaded Mada to eat as well.
In the Grey Plains they now dwell and there they started life anew. I was amazed by how they had brought themselves out of misery even without the Valleys of Light. They had each other; they hold something that the Deitus has given to them and it was something that I wanted to for myself. I wanted to start anew as well.
Ifa bore her first son; his name was Akin. Not long enough she bore another son; Ba’el. They were two beautiful boys who grew to two beautiful men. Akin always wants to please the Deitus from what he is able to do; while Ba’el only cherished and remained grateful to the Deitus. The Deitus valued them both.
But Akin was a selfish man and this was something Samael has a keen eye for; getting what one is selfish for. He once again sent our first son to do his work; this time, Akin had bargained his soul to my son and they became one.
Akin killed Ba’el.
Mada and Ifa were in sorrow. The Deitus was saddened. I was tormented by the sorrow Akin was able to do. I did not recognize my children anymore. It was not something I had always wanted. And when I saw once again, Mada and Ifa start anew, I decided to do the same.
Akin went back to Sheol with his proud father awaiting him. But as he sought for his mother; she was nowhere to be found.
I left for the Gray Plains. Wandered and hid myself to reach the Gray Plains for 32 years. Mada and Ifa by then had children; one of whom was the child after Ba’el, Zethus.
Zethus was a good man; much like by action Akin but heart like Ba’el. He saw me approach their camp; Mada had forgotten to recognize me for he had gone old and I still remained young.
They had accepted me for who I am…
Not later, thinking they would not have approved, Zethus had taken me for his wife. I had found what Mada and Ifa had; what the Deitus valued us for; the endless possibility that births harmony within.
Love…
I was surprised to discover that I am giving life again. After years of sorrow, I am finally bearing a child the Deitus had made me for… my daughter, Tikva.
I had contented myself with the life I have with Zethus and our daughter. I have become mortal upon her birth; and when I learned that when mortals die; they return to the house of the Deitus just as Ba’el did.
It wasn’t long that Akin had found me. Tikva was just 5 moons old when Akin came to the camp and slew everyone in his sight. He came to take me back but when he saw Tikva, he came and took my life.
I had died and my daughter was defenseless. But the same three Wingdians who came for me back in Blood River, came and drew Akin back. . .
