Here's another spoof on Minekura's Sanzo of her Saiyuki series by her fellow manga-ka Magame Guriko, over at the Comic Zero Sum anthology. Comic Zero Sum, Ichijinsha pub., April 2008 edition, page 521.

The protagonist says she met Sanzo in a dream. He was in her house and she was drawing manga　（?）。He made that Tch Tch sound (and he was doing something - I cannot translate what).　　Outside, Goku was calling, "Sanzoooo" and " (Let's go for) a walk !!". He put out his cigarette. He went out (to meet Goku) with her skirt on. The guy she is telling this story to, says that can't be Sanzo surely.

Previously, another fellow manga-ka of Minekura-sensei did a spoof in this form:
