Shiori is a strange girl, she's nothing like her family. If her family knew what she enjoys doing they'd want to kill her for just breathing. Dragon riding, a dangerous thrill filled sport that just happens to be illegal. Shiori Hitaka of the Hitaka Slayers clan likes to ride the very thing she was supposedly "destined" to kill.
Even though that may be the case it doesn't stop Shiori from finding her place among these riders. With them, is Kira, a girl who's been among the riders since she was born, her parents had owned a riders shop, that is before they were killed, by none other than the Hitaka clan. She and her brother Jeremy work to keep the thrill of riding alive.
The legend of the twin dragons the only thing encouraging Kira, the only thing that keeps her fighting for the spirit of riding. A legend that speaks of twin dragons, however the legend makes a note of the fact they are not only fraternal but complete opposites. With a romantic twist to the whole ordeal Kira and Shiori fight for what's right, against the dark side.
If they can tell wich side that is of course. Is it the government? Or is it the Slayers? Or could it possibly be the riders themselves?
This is just one of those discriptions you find on the back of the book this is what you'd read if this was a book I'm not quite finished thinking of the plot

I updated this, it's a little longer and it explains more of what it could involve. This story won't be up here for some time, it's plot is still in the works.
