"What do you want with me?" I asked Ellions little twinkle, because the person sitting in front of me was not Ellion but a selfish reincarnation, for the real Ellion would never hold that twinkle in her eyes.

 "Whatever do you mean?" she asked me, more like snickered I guess. "I want you to help me free my father, you seem strong enough." I stared at her in utter amazement "You think you can order me around?!" I scoffed at her.
 

But then I looked at her again, she was looking down in frustration, at herself it seemed. She looked up at me her ocean blue eyes stared back at me "Sorry" She said "I didn't mean to upset you with supposed authority." she was muttering to herself after that, I guess she didn't know that fire users can easily pick up the sound waves floating through the air I deciphered it into "Even though I am your superior."

That made me outraged! "And what makes you think that?!" she looked up at me in shock, remberence slow to come to her stressed mind, she remembered the way fire communicators talked.

"The King of the Sea Serpent village isn't my real father." Ellion told me. "And my real name's not even Ellion, it's Ava, I truly miss her." She looked as though she was in a far away land playing in a little jungle of a backyard and all of this was portrayed in Ellion's eyes alone. It was like a memory of a dream for me.

I thought, this isn't her story, this is mine, it sounds exactly like mine, although she must be talking about her mother, I don't remember a mother at all, all I remember is a father, although I know I should have one. I asked "So what was she like, the one you miss?"

She looked at me and smiled, "You almost remind me of her, but I know that couldn't be it, she didn't have powers." I looked at her incredolously I couldn't help it, how could she think that I was her mother?! I voiced my thought "How in the world do you think I'm your mother?!" She looked at me and started giggling "No I look at you as though you were my sister not my mother, it's my job to saver her, but first I have to save my dad. He's trapped in an underwater volcano, I can't get into the volcano, and he can't get out due to the ocean. But you have the pheonix fire, you could do both."

I looked at her and said "What's your fathers name?" she looked up shocked, as if I should have guessed it by now.  "He, in these worlds, goes by the black dragon." I was shocked this couldn't be, that was the name of the former king, the king that dissapeared 12 years ago, the king that looked over all of the dark realms, as his wife the queen of the light watched over the other realms. This was impossible! Her parents were the legendary opposites and she thinks the black dragon can't get out of a stupid volcano! I honestly am doubting her sanity, I need to see this through.
