Godchild and the Cain Saga?

If they're in the same series, why does "the Cain Saga" have a parental advisory label, but "Godchild" doesn't?

Having read both, I don't know why Viz thought "Cain" was racier than "Godchild." I'm also not sure why they started publishing "Godchild" first, rather than start at the beginning with the first Earl Cain book.
