I bolted up sitting with the covers over me. I could feel my hair in a tangled mess again. I looked around the dim room but Nokoru was nowhere to be found, even the bathroom light was turned off. I felt his cold touch on my hand and I looked down beside me.

“What’s wrong?” He slid his hand up my arm and gently pulled me down. He was under the covers next to me so I couldn’t help but be embarrassed. His eyes were closed and he looked like he was asleep when he didn’t talk. But he opened one to look at me.

“I’m fine.” He sighed and pulled me to him closing his eyes.

“Go back to sleep.” Truly I was appalled.

“No.” He squeezed me tightly and opened his eyes.

“Please be reasonable you barely slept at all.” His eyes where glistening in the barely lit room and it made me think of the first night we met again.

“How long was I asleep?” I whispered and he frowned.

“It’s only 11.”

“What!? What time did I fall asleep?” He pouted.

“4.”

“What!? That was… 8 hours ago!” He laughed at my pause.

“And?” Now I pouted.

“Then I’m waking up!” I trying to sit up again but Nokoru held me down. I struggled to get free but he wouldn’t ease up at all.

“I’m not going to let go until you fall asleep, so just give up.” I started kicking him; not that hard, but it seemed to work.

“Stop it.” He pulled me closer and buried his head on the back of my neck. I bit my lip; he was so darn cold!

“Nokoru, YOUR COLD!” He loosened for a second but I took it. I pulled his arms away from me and tried to get off bed.

I was about to crawl off when Nokoru grabbed my ankle and tried to pull me back making me lose my grip on the edge of the bed. I was sure that id hit the floor with my face and second, so I squeezed my eyes shut.

But I felt Nokoru’s cold body on my back and his arms rapped around my chest holding me close. I laughed and started at the floor.

“Your insane.” He chuckled and let me go keeping his arms by my head to hold himself up. My hair fell all around my face, so I turned to look up at him. He yawned and looked at me sleepily. Then let his arms bend and lay on me like I was a his pillow. He snuggled up to my neck tickling me.

“What are you doing?” I laughed out.

“I’m going to sleep, shhh.” He pushed down deeper on my neck tickling me again.

“Nokoru stop, ganna make me fall off the bed.” I laughed a little more. Nokoru swiftly rolled over managing to put me on top of him. He was smiling hugely as he looked at me, his head now hanging slightly off the bed. His hair made him look like he was floating, despite the messiness.

“I think I like you here better.” He rapped his hands around my waist and pulled me more to him. I laid on his chest despite the coolness from his body. He sighed and stayed quite for awhile.

I was starting to get sleepier than I already was so I looked up at him. His head was hanging off the bed! Even thought it looked insanely hilarious I grabbed his shoulders and yanked him up.

“Nokoru!! Your ganna make all the blood go to your head!!!” His face was all red as he looked at me half asleep. We were on our knees now and any slight movement could make us fall. Incidentally I spoke to soon because Nokoru stared to tip and he leaned his head down on me. His cold forehead fell to my shoulder gliding past my neck; tickling me!

“NOKORU! Wake UP!” I would have pushed him off but I didn’t want to get him hurt. So~ we both fell. Thankfully onto the pillows in the middle of the bed. It seemed to wake him up and he squeezed his me tightly into a hug.

“What are you doing?” I tried to push him away from him.

“Nothing with you holding onto me! Let go~” He chuckled but let me go. I quickly scurried to the cover.

“How’d we get over here?” I glared at him.

“You Were Killing Brain Cells!! Hanging off the darn bed like that!” He rubbed his head.

“I thought you fell asleep… My head does kind of hurt.” I sighed and snuggled into the pillow before I got up. I walked wobbly to my dressers looking for something to wear.

Nokoru suddenly appeared at my side. He grabbed my shoulders when I jumped.

“Sorry… Your not planning on going out are you?” I glared at him but not being to mean.

“As a matter of fact, Yes.” I smirked when I said yes, emphasizing a bit. Hehe, Its fun to play with him.

He looked down and tightened his grip on me.

“You Are Absolutely Not Going Out At Night.” He seemed to growl.

“I’m not THAT weak!” He pressed my anger with what he was implying.

“Mesaine your Not going; I don’t care what say.” Tears swell in my eyes. He really was… He looked up, at first I could see shock in his eyes, but then they turned hardened again.

“I just want to have some fun again and… And… And your… Your-” I started to cry when I could say it; He covered my mouth stop me.

“Mesaine Don’t You Dare.” I threw his hand away from my mouth.

“What!? Have any free will?” I tried to grab a shirt but he pushed my hand down. I looked up at him, a few tears flung from my face.

“I Am Going! Even if you have to knock me out first!” I tightened my grip on the shirt and swiftly pulled it out while I slammed the drawer on him. But he pulled it out of the way to fast and tried to grab me. I pushed him hand and he fell on the floor as I jumped over him and went into the bathroom; slamming the door shut before he could get in. I locked if quickly and raced to the mirror. My hair was sprawled out everywhere and my darn nightgown… He changed me! Again!! I pulled them off and roughly put my shirt on; I looked for some jeans in the ‘dirty clothes’, then I brushed my hair fast.

He knocked on the door, “Come out. I know your finished.”

“No you don’t!”

I could hear smirk behind his voice, “You just put the brush down.” My mouth dropped.

“FINE THEN!” I thought as I yelled hoping he wouldn’t know. When I opened the door he’ll probably pull it back fast so he can grab me.

I grabbed the knob while I unlocked it like I was going to shove it at him, but I only pushed it a little, and he pulled it fast.

I ran out and kicked it on him; making him fall between the wall and the drawers.

“Ouch~” I didn’t look back to check on him I just ran to the door. But he caught my arm as I opened it. And he pressed his lips to mine as he pulled me back in. I couldn’t help but be shocked and I let him gather me in his arms. He slammed the door close without dropping me and he seemed to glare into oblivion as he stomp up the stairs.

“That hurt ya know.” He said as he took me back to the room. You hurt me too…

He look down at me, a little surprised but doubtful.

“When?” He gently rolled me off his arms and onto the bed. I crawled over to the covers getting under them.

“You honestly don’t know?” He sat at the end of the bed looking away from me.

“No.” I laughed but didn’t say anything. It just hurt my feelings that’s all. I closed my eyes waiting for the kiss to take me. I didn’t want to cry again but I felt the tears trying to fill my eyes.

“Really?” I blinked a few time and turned to see his head turned to the side looking at me. I nodded. He motioned his hand for me. I nodded. He motioned his hand for me to come. I pushed away the covers and crawled over to him.

“Don’t lie.” I pouted and pulled away.

“Ok then… I Am.” Now that upset me for another reason and for some reason I didn’t want him to know now; he didn’t mean to, so I didn’t want him to feel bad.

“Ok, now I know your lying about this.” He put his hand on mine but I looked down.

“What did I do? I know its something I can see it in your face.”

“No, I’m fine now… I just over reacted.”

“Tell me so I wont do it again.” He clutched my hand desperately.

“Please~ don’t worry about it. I’m fine now.” I looked up to him trying to smile. But he wasn’t having it.

He grabbed my arm fast reaching behind my back with his other free hand. He spun me around and into his lap. His head right beside mine and his breath pleasantly warm on my neck.

“I’ll make you tell me.” I gasped as he slid his mouth down my neck. I was blushing like crazy and I didn’t know what the hell he was going to do.

Suddenly I felt the little cloud come into my head. Agh~ darn it!

“Nokoru~” I could only whisper as I lost control of everything. My eyes started to close. My body was limp as he turned me into his arms.

And before I knew it I was ready to blurt out words, “You…” I tried to hold back but it didn’t really help. “Said…” I tried to grind my teeth together but I just ended up scrunching my face. “I…”

“AGH! NO! NO! NO!” My eyes shot open totally confused. My hands were in fists. I looked back up and he was smirking.

“Tell me and I’ll let you go.” OMFG!

“No~ Let Go.” I tried everything~ pushing, hitting, kicking, I even tried to spin around and push on his stomach. Nothing. I lost energy so fast. I guess I really do need to rest some more. Hmmm.

“If I tell you… Then… You have to promise that we’ll do something after I rest.” I pouted.

I looked up to him and his face was hard. I tried to sit up and onto his lap.

“Please~ I want to do things. With you. I don’t just want to hide from her. And! That doesn’t mean I’m going to look for her. I’ll wait till the times right.

“Please, I promise.” He pulled me up to him and nuzzled his face on my neck.

“How can I say no when you beg like that.” I hugged his neck and kissed his cheek. He looked down on me and I could feel the tension of a kiss I couldn’t get.

“I can give you kisses.” He put his forehead on mine.

“But I can’t give you any.”

“Oh~ just one more. You already kissed me anyway.” It was funny the way I was so happy just to find a little flail this time. I looked into his eyes both of our filled with fire.

“Ok, but only since you promised to rest.” He barely finished the sentence when he kissed me nicely. The fire rose up and flooded my body. God, no one knows how much I love him. We pulled away from each other looking into our eyes again.

“Now will you tell me?” He whispered close to my lips still. I smiled and leaned into his forehead. But still I could tell tears would be on the way.

“When… The way you said I couldn’t leave… Sounded like you were saying I was weak…” I felt the tears swell into my eyes.

“Mesaine… I just…” He pulled away to look at me.

“I don’t want you to think I can’t protect myself. Or protect you!” His face became hard again.

“Mesaine! Its my job and top priority to keep you safe. You are always going to come first in my life… You are my life!” Tears were already making there way down my face. I moved forward and rapped my arms around him. I squeezed him so tightly not wanting to let go.

“I Love You. I Love You So Much! And I always will! No Matter What!” More tears came and leaned into me.

“Shhh… One more kiss and you can go to sleep, ok?” I turned to look at him. He smiled at me and I did the same I nodded and he leaned into kiss me one last time. He pulled away and I blinked away some tears. I leaned back on him feeling light headed.

“I Love You Too…” He whispered looking into my eyes. I smiled and closed mine.
