What I did is that I signed up to a webhosting site - the site allows you to download files that make up your webpage (an html or a dreamweaver file, for instance) and launches it into the web. The website that I signed up for is "Bravehost.com". I signed up for a subdomain instead of a domain, which basically means that my website is free. Once you sign up for bravehost, you can sign up for a domain, but you'll have to pay. The difference with a sub domain and domain is that a domain allows you to upload more files into your site and has no advertisments. Unforunatley, I'm cheap, so I signed up for a subdomain. ,>_<
The deadline has passed? Well, not yet, luckily. RSOM 8 has just recently started and the deadline is in January 2008.
