well, we try 2 distract ourselves from the pain we suffer on the inside by pain on the outside. i usually just skip eating all day and feel better.

Us Emos well we try to bleed out the pain others inflict on us. We realy feel that poring out your blood is like pouring out your feelings. In other words it makes us feel better and we just ignor the physical pain and focas on the mental!

I'll tell you what you lose. Self respect,blood(my friend went to the hospital for doing this), The thought of some people,them thinking your Phyco. If you wanna die....Don't. Think about it. People DO care. THEY DO. If your GF or BF doesn't love you anymore, get over it! There are plenty more fish in the sea. Believe me. PLEASE! IT MAKES ME SAD!! PLEASE DONT DO THESE THINGS!! I'm far too chicken-shit to self-harm, although I did cut myself a rather big scar trying to strip a video cable with a stanley knife.

How about trying to write your feelings in a diary with a padlock attached to it or go play a violent console game(if you have one) instead of cutting yourself, have some alone time to contemplate on what happened, try to create a positive instead of negative outcome if possible. Because once you start something like cutting it may be hard to quit, there are more options out there than self harming ^_^
