Chapter 3

Miharu groaned as she awoke. Sleeping on a couch, she decided, was not a good idea. She tried to move her ankle and winced, it was swollen and it hurt. She got up and staggered into her old room and grabbed some of her old clothes. She struggled to put them on and was delighted to find that they still fit. She began to limp tword the training ground.

“Miharu I don’t think you should be walking on that” mina said worriedly. Miharu just smiled down at her and continued walking. When the training ground came into sight, she let out a sigh of relief. She staggered over to the nearest tree and sat beneath it. She saw that only that big mouth Sakura was there. She noticed the glare that was sent her way. Just great, her ankle was sprained and now she had to deal with big mouth here. Why her? She leaned back against the tree and tried to forget about the pain in her ankle. She noticed that a shadow had fallen over her. She looked up and saw Sasuke staring at her. An image of him carrying her home popped into her head and a blush appeared upon her face. When Sasuke saw this, he smirked. She looked kind of cute when she blushed. Wholly Crap when did he ever think like that!!!!! Shaking his head he tried to push the thought out of his head.

Sakura noticed this and glared. This girl was really getting on her nerves. How dare this girl come in and start messing up everything, how could Sasuke talk to this girl and not her? Sakura glared at the ground, she was going to get rid of this girl once and for all. Naruto happened to arrive at that percice moment and in his normal loud way. Sakura decided to take her frustration out on him, BIG mistake. As soon as she hit Naruto she had Miharu glaring at her. Miharu struggled to get up and after her third try she managed to make it to her feet. She hobbled over to Sakura.

“Who the hell do you think you are? Hitting your own teammate, you should be ashamed!” Miharu said angrily.

“Oh and what are you going to do cripple” Sakura said mockingly while motioning to Miharu’s swollen ankle. Miharu smirked this girl knew nothing of any of her jutsu, most of them didn’t require any movement other than her hands.

“You might want to shut your mouth or you’ll get what you got yesterday only ten times worse” Miharu said with a growl. Sakura roostered and eyebrow at these words. She decided to be stupid and kicked Miharu in the knee and she crumpled. Sakura continued to kick Miharu’s swollen ankle as Miharu cried out in pain. Instantly Sasuke and Naruto were holding Sakura back and yelling at her to stop. Sakura continued to try to get to Miharu as Miharu lay craddling her brusied and swollen ankle. Mina got in between Miharu and Sakura and growled at Sakura.

Suddenly Kakashi appeared in a cloud of smoke and saw what was going on. He immediatly grabbed Sakura and pulled her farther away from Miharu.

“What the hell do you think your doing Sakura” he said his voice cold as ice. Sakura instantly stopped and restrained herself to glaring at miharu, whom was close to tear. Kakashi knelt down next to her. He began to check how bad her ankle was injured.

“It’s badly sprained” he said.

“No s*** sherlock it was already sprained when I got here” she said through clenched teeth. “It looks like big mouth did even more damage”. Sakura glared and Mina growled menacingly. Kakashi sighed in frustration, this wasn’t going as well as he hoped it was. He heard a sigh come from behind him and he looked back to see Sasuke give Sakura one of the most hateful glares he had ever seen Sasuke give.

“What the hell is his problem? And god if looks could kill” Kakashi though to himself. Sasuke walked over to Miharu and helped her up.

“You ok” he said. All he received was a glare.

“What the hell do you think” she said still clenching her teeth. Sasuke shot another glare at Sakura then turned to Naruto.

“Help me get her home will ya” he said. Naruto nodded and helped Sasuke support her. They made their way to Miharu’s house. When they were out of sight Kakashi rounded on Sakura.

“What the hell is wrong with you. You’re going to tell me what the hell is going on.” he said menacingly.

“She threatened me after I hit Naruto” Sakura said off-handedly. Kakashi smacked himself on his forehead.

“You hit him in front of her, my god do you have a death wish. He’s like a little brother to her.” he said exasperated. Sakura said nothing just stared at the ground.

“Can’t you at least try to get along with her” he asked gently. All he got was a glare. He sighed.

“No training today, I need to go make sure that miharu stays home” he said and disappeared in his customary puff of smoke.

Miharu clentched her teeth in pain. They were almost to her house. When they got there Sasuke opened the door and frowned at the dusty house. They set her down on the sofa and Naruto grimanced at all the dust. In a poof of smoke Kakashi appeared. His eyes fell on Miharu then travled the length of the room and frowned.

“Sasuke, Naruto please help Miharu clean this place up. She can possibly live in these conditions” he said. Both Naruto and Sasuke nodded and naruto made a hand sign. 15 shadow clones appeaed and began to clean. Sasuke joined in and Miharu watched the seen unfold. She sighed and reached for the radio that sat next to the sofa she sat upon. She turned it on and this is the song began to play

Miharu smiled softly and began to sing along. Sasuke and Naruto stopped and watched her as she sang. The Naruto clones began to dance slightly as the song continued.

By the end of the song all of the Clones were singing and Sasuke had a smirk plastered to his face. Miharu giggled softly and watched as Sasuke and Naruto finished cleaning.

“Ok you can leave now I’m fine really” Miharu said trying to get them to leave. They nodded, said their goodbys and left. They left and met Kakashi at the ramen stand.

“So how did it go” he said shortly.

“It went fine it was kind of fun especially when she was singing along with that song” Naruto said with a grin. Kakashi looked shocked.

“You two should feel honored, she almost never sings in front of people other than those she considers family” Kakashi said. They exchanged glances and identical smirks appeared upon their faces. Later that night Kakashi made his way to Miharu’s house to ring her something to eat but he stopped at the door when he heard Music coming from the house. This is what he heard

Kakashi sighed, what had happened to her normally she wouldn’t sing things like that. He silently walked away, deciding that he would have Naruto bring the food over to her. Little did Kakashi know that the person that Miharu had sang about was on his way to force his way back into Miharu’s life whether or not she liked it.
