Sometime last month-ish, Novala Takemoto, author of Kamikaze Girls/Shimotsuma Monogatari, was arrested for possesion of cannabis. Honestly, he was one of the last people on earth I expected to go to jail.

UPDATE: Novala has had his sentence suspended for three years!!!! NOVALA BOX is back online and hopefully he is doing better than ever now^^
