“Ugh, my head…what happened?” I asked myself.
“You tell me,” an older woman, probably in her late 40’s, stood at the door, her blonde hair was faded with age, but not gray.
“Where am I?” I asked.
“Tsunade-sama, is she awake?” asked a younger, female voice.
“Yes Sakura,” she replied, she stepped aside, revealing a girl with pink hair of about 12.
“Where am I?” I asked again, looking around the room, it was small, and it looked like a hospital room.
“You’re in Kohana,” Tsunade replied.
“Kohana?” I replied, probably the pain medication was making me groggy.
Tsunade nodded. “You are?”
I must’ve been on painkillers; it took me a second to answer. “Madoka,” I answered slowly.
“Well Madoka, tell us what happened, we found you 5 kilometers away from the east gate, unconscious.”
“I-I don’t know,” I admitted.
“Hm,” Tsunade pondered for a second, “What village are you from?” Again I said I didn’t know.
“But I do remember one thing.” Tsunade and Sakura perked up at this. “There was these two men, they were very tall and heavy built, I was out for a walk when they appeared from the shadows. The ambushed me, I tried to fight back, but, couldn’t, it was like I was frozen. One said ‘We won’t hurt’cha if you don’t scream’; he had a knife to my throat. I followed them, and then they knocked me out. I slipped in and out of consciousness, once I heard a female saying how they did a ‘good job capturing the brat’ and how ‘she’d pay them heavily’; then I woke up here.” I had to take a breath after that.
“Hm,” Tsunade said again, “Quite a story.”
“What should we do?” asked Sakura.
I didn’t here her answer, because I heard a “thump!” on the window. Sakura sprinted over, thinking it was probably a bird or something.
“Naruto!” Sakura yelled, “What are you doing here!”
A boy in orange (?) jumped in. “Just came to say hi.” He had blonde hair and was smiling, even though Sakura was steaming. He noticed me. “Who’s that?” he asked.
“Name’s Madoka,” I replied.
“I’m Naruto!” he said.
“Naruto, if you wanted to see Sakura, use the door,” Tsunade sighed. After that, I don’t remember, must be the painkillers.
