Friends Unto Death Part 5
Just over an hour later, they walked out of Naruto's room. Sasuke stopped pacing and Sakura looked up with expectation in her eyes. Kakashi put a hand on her sholder like he already knew what had happend. They sighed.
"We're sorry. There was to much damage. He was gone befor we started."
Sakura started to cry and Kakashi held her close. Sasuke walked in and closed the door. He then grabed a chair and put it beside the bed and gave Naruto one last hug.
"He's so cold... do you remember the old days?" He muttered half to himself. He sat down and looked at Naruto's face. He was smiling.
"Like I said, i'd follow you into hell first." he whispered as he pulled a kuni out. He positioned it over his heart and took a deep breath. Someone knocked on the door.
"Sasuke? Can I come in?" It was Sakura.
"Stay out. Please... just a little longer."
"But. . . Sasuke."
"Please!"
"Alright. Ok, fine."
He started to cry as he repositioned it. "One... two... three." He slammed it into his chest. "I'll see you soon... Naruto." He closed his eyes and willed the darkness to take him.
