Escaflowne??
well, hello, umm my older bro just picked up the entire collection of an anime called escaflowne!!...and he said its some old school anime and is really good...well i was just wonderin if anyone has heard of it and what its about!! he also got an anime called basilisk...which i m lookin forward to seeing!!!!

Escaflowne does go back a few years. Its basically about a Prince named Van who meets a girl that runs track on Earth. Then there is a "gundam/dragon" that is named Escaflowne. If you get the chance, ask your brother if you can watch it. It is a really good series and if he has the movie then that would also be good to watch. It is kinda hard to explain because the movie and series are not completely the same. However, the series is the true story, but the movie isn't bad either.

Oh yes, I watched it way back when I had no idea what anime was ^^ b (so with that said...I didn't know what I was watching but loved it anyway XD). It's an interesting anime that's for sure, I liked the movie (ok I own the movie now I liked it so much BD).
