your Ideas must be original nor anything to do with currently published manga (naruto for example) No one can copy other ideas. If you do make a manga, it gets published, and you see an Idea here that you like and want to incorporate it into your story: then you have to, not only ask the person the idea originated from the premission to use the idea, but must also give credit for it.

Here's my storyline:

Introduction

The land of Ferr was a peaceful, non-chaotic land. The inhabitants that dwelled upon the rich, well developed soils claimed that they couldn’t think of a finer place to live, nor a better way of life. It was paradise there; warm, without the humidity; lush, without the plants being overgrown; no dangerous animals. There was no such thing as overpopulation, no such thing as crowded, noisy cities. In fact, there were no cities at all.
Ferr was a nation built entirely of small villages, the biggest in the area of a little over two miles in radius. They were surrounded by bright, cheery wooded areas, none large enough to get lost in. The woods were thin, well lighted. They offered fruit enough for everyone, and none went hungry.
There were no wars, as Ferr had no enemies to be at war with. In fact, Ferr was completely hidden from the rest of the world, so none even knew that Ferr existed. Ferr was protected by not only the forests, but by the family that dwelled there with the people.
The Togashi Family was a powerful family, and offered protection over the nation at a small price: shelter.
Although the Family was powerful, they had an even more powerful enemy. A monstrosity by the name of Skull hunted the Family like prey, picking off the weak links, often leaving messages in the deceased’s entrails. It enraged the Family, although without shelter they could not prepare and become stronger, so as to rid the world and themselves from Skull, and the massive army that he controlled.
They were grateful for their host’s hospitality, and likewise. The people of Ferr offered them not only shelter, but food, clothing, and plenty of space to train themselves, and get stronger.

That was thirty years ago. Now, the once lush, green and peaceful landscape is burned, the villages destroyed. The protective shield has been blown away.
The nation had tried to protect itself, but the army was not near large enough to take on the massive offense that the Army of Skull provided. Whole platoons of Ferrian Defenders were annihilated, and the Ferr Army was eradicated from existence.
Where there once stood a grand, awesome land, now lay ruin and bloodied bodies. The few survivors were rounded up, and taken by Skull to be converted into soldiers. The Family was nowhere to be found when the searches for survivors began. The ones rounded up felt abandoned, and used. Where were the fierce warriors and protectors when the chaos started? Had they turned tail and ran? No one knew.
From that point on, Skull declared the pillaged land as his own, as a training ground for the soldiers. Animals became tools, and target practice for the inexperienced soldiers. Slowly the rest of the land became dead, and polluted.
A castle was erected, armies were gathered. Great towers were constructed to watch the land, and to alert Lord Skull of anyone going against him.
Where there was peace and harmony, there was now pain and suffering. Chaos had the upper hand. Those who were with him suffered painful lives, while those who were against him died slowly and painfully, just as they had lived. The land practically cried for salvation, but none came for the tortured souls under the control of Lord Skull.
With the Family gone, there was no one to protect them. They were alone in their own private hell. With nothing to keep them from slipping into insanity, the fell easily into the Skull’s grasp. Their broken minds made them that less harder to control. They made the perfect soldiers. They had nothing else to lose, nothing could be worse to endure. They saw out of blind eyes, and heard out of deaf ears. They paid no attention to the pain and suffering they inflicted upon others, as their souls had been shattered. That was the start of the Great Wars, and the end of peace.
