"Rrraaarr!" growled Azula, a young 6 year old dragon who was pretty big for her age, 4 feet long with a 10 inch tail. Her fire breath was scorching hot.  Her small wings were covered with light gray scales, and rest her body was covered with red scales. her claws were midnight black.
    " Relax, Azula, it's just rain," said Murenia, Azula's mother, who was about to fall asleep.
Her father, Skyflame, was already asleep. Skyflame was  40 yards in length, with a massive 30 foot tail. His wings covered in red scales. Her mother, was only about 20 yards in length, with a  10 foot tail. Both were fire dragons of royal blood, but were not the heir to the Dragon Kingdom. Azula just wimpered and fell asleep.
    That night, a group of wizards entered the cave where Azula and her parents were sleeping. "His highness wants to capture these dragons so that there won't be any heir left for the kingdom..." whispered  the wizard closest to Skyflame. He threw a net over him so he couldn't do anything, the net was supposed to restrain him to the floor. The other wizards threw the other net on Murenia.  "What about the little one? Won't she come to find them?" another wizard questioned. "It won't do anything, it's too small." the first wizard replied. "Let's teleport them already." "Alright."
    The whole group of the wizards started muttering words, while the two dragons sleeping through this. Then, pop! They were gone. Azula slowly opened her eyes, then fell asleep again.
     The next day slowly came, with Azula stretching herself. She knew her parents were gone, but she only thought they went to go hunt, since this wasn't the first time they were gone. They morning slowly passed, turning into afternoon. Azula was getting hungry, and her parents haven't come back. She climbed out to the edge of the caves,  preparing to take flight. She dived, then opened her wings and started to flap her wings. She only got as far as the bottom of the mountain, with a small problem with her landing. Her instincts told her to look for food, and she saw a small bird resting on a rock a few feet away. She crept closer to it, and when she was in range, she blew a small amount of fire. It worked, the bird was burned to a crisp. Azula didn't mind, she enjoyed the burned parts.  She flew back to her cave and fell asleep. It would be this way for years to come....


                                                6 Mortal Years Later Or, In Dragon Years 2

  Azula was well aware that her parents were missing, but she was beginning to get tired of the loneliness. She was 5 feet long, with a tail that was at least  1.5 feet long. Her wings turned even more gray, and her claws were long and sharp. She packed up all of her belongings (most of which was gold or jewels, since fire dragons are greedy), and prepared for flight. She practiced with her free time, and took flight. Steadily beating her wings, she flew away from her cave. She was ready to face the Magical World.
  She flew over to the Soapy River and examined it. It was smaller than she thought,  yet her parents always told her it was huge.  Azula bent over to take a small drink. To her surprise, the water didn't taste soapy at all, in fact, it tasted like a fairy.
  "Excuse me," said a voiced inside her mouth, "But, um, could you let me go?"
  Azula opened her mouth, only to see a mix water-dark farie came out.  She was about 6 inches tall, with black/blue wings. She sat on a water flower. "Why is a giant lizard like you hanging in a place like this? Are you a spy from the faries?" the farie demanded. She put her hands together and a orb started to grow. "I'm not going down so easily!"
 
"Relax, you little farie. I'm not here for a mission. And I am not a lizard, I'm a dragon." Azula snapped, spreading out her wings. "I am going on a journey."
 
" To where?"
 
"I don' t know, but I have nothing to lose. Well, maybe my treasure, but nothing else."
  "And your parents?"
 
 "They are missing. I fell asleep one night, then they were gone for ever. I've been living alone since then."
  "Wow.... My parents are dead, though...."
  The two of them sat down, in a awkward silence. Azula finally spoke up. "I'll being going now. See you later."
 
"Wait! Um... If it's okay, can I, um... go with you? My belongings are not that heavy..."
 
"Are you sure? It's not going to be a soft journey."
 
"Like you said, I have nothing to lose."
 
"What's your name, water farie?"
 
I'm Renee', and I'm a water AND dark farie. "
 
 "Azula."
 
 "Okay, I'm ready, " answered Renee'. The two of them left the river. They flew over swamps, fields, and deserts. Renee' usually help find water, while Azula found food.
The two of them frequently talked to each other, and found to enjoy each other's company.
  Azula and Renee' had only been traveling for a few weeks until the got to the Night Forest.  Renee' knew a lot about this place this place since she visited here a lot. Yet she couldn't remember where she was going. She bumped into a lot of traps, until she started to bleed. Azula couldn't do anything to stop the bleeding, so they decided to just sit down and wrap some leaves around it. An unfamiliar voice called out to them.
  "Why do you let me take care of that?" the voiced rang out, it was gentle like the sound of a small bell.

"I don't know what you can do, but you can take a shot." Azula answered. She really didn't trust this new voice, but it was better than letting her friend bleed to death.

"Okay, this is only going to take a few seconds." the voice said. She stepped out of a bush, her hands glowing a soft green color. She touched Renee', then all the blood was gone.

"Thank you, but who are you? And why is that bush behind you moving?" Azula questioned.

"I am Emerald-Star, and that is Chaos." Emerald replied, "Chaos is a werewolf, and I am a night elf."
