The twins come to Chris's aid in a dramatic air hostage situation - and then visit a small country called Diamas ... which, coincidentally enough, has a history of twin queens. All the while, they are feeling sapped by the strain of slowly emerging new powers which may be more powerful than anything they've ever experienced before!

Toni
Identical twins with Mika. Toni is a star athlete, out-going, and popular. When she is together with Mika, they have special powers, like telepathy and the ability to teleport, although sometimes they are not sure where they will end up.

Mika
Identical twins with Toni. Mika is shy, quiet, and academic.

Mr. K
He is a teacher at the girls' school and a researcher into ESP. He slowly learns more about the girls' powers and believes that by exposing them he will become the foremost authority on the subject.
