Deshwitat Lived Rudbich
A powerful Dark Magician and Vampire, Deshwitat was never particularly evil, but held his status with dignity. 300 years ago his beloved fiancee Lilith was killed by the Light Sorcerer Kalutika, and Deshwitat's body was sealed in limbo while his mind was left to contemplate revenge for 300 years. Millenear Sheffield

Remi Do

She is angry at Deshwitat for draining her father's blood, but the vampire assures her that Sang-Ho can be resurrected after he himself is slain. Now she works with Deshwitat to eliminate Kalutika so that the vampire can die in peace.
Rett Buttler
A swordsman who was a friend of Deshwitat 300 years ago.
Kalutika forced immortality on him so that Rett would have to witness the end of the world.
Beryun
A spiritual warrior created by monks, Beryun is the only person capable of simultaneously wielding Light and Dark magic. Despite her appearance, she isn't human.
Lilith Serbino
Deshwitat's beloved, she was killed by Kalutika when she tried to shield the vampire from his attack.
Kang-Woo Lee
Rebirth is Kang-Woo Lee's first published manhwa and has been serialized in the Korean weekly comic magazine Champ since 1998. As of early 2003, there are also 13 volumes of Rebirth available in graphic novel format, too - and the series is still running.
Kang-Woo Lee is a dedicated baseball fan (having named one of his characters Sheffield, after star outfielder Gary Sheffield) and a video game master, too.

REBIRTH324- Not necessarily man. Dragon head #9 and judas #5 are coming out on january and there is still no exerpt or cover page about them. A while back while i was waiting for Kindaichi case files #15, Tokyopop didnt even add the exerpt and cover page until the month it was realeased. So lets be patient, we'll find out soon enough.

crap!im from the uk but this thing wont say im from england. im new to the manga scene but i enjoyed the first two books of this series but on the other hand the book shops are soo slow i wont get up to book 20 until october next year!grrrrrrr!

I love this Story. First manga (well not "manga") i have read and its still my fav. i want the next issue out now :( . Seriously though its a must read. It has a great in depth and complex story that cycle between all the characters into one great big Epic mush.

this manga series is my first and I've been Reading other as well but this is my favorite of all time it has a great story and you feel the emotion of the characters as it goes on every time i read i feel as if I'm part of the story a real must read for any manga fan

One of the first series that I got into when Tokyopop first started, it's still one of the titles that I follow religiously. As someone who's cut back on buying manga/manwah (14 titles a month down to 2-3 a month), this is one title that is necessary for me to buy whenever a new issue hits the shelves. The artwork is refreshingly different and the story is very original. In a market/genre where most titles are barely different from anything and everything else Rebirth stands tall.

Hmmmm... I really enjoy reading this title. Everytime I think I know what's going to happen I'm usually surprised. Though some story elements are kinda predictable, the overall story has so many twists and turns that make this a must read.

this is the first manga that i ever bought from tokyopop and now i have 300+ manga, let me tell u that this is a genuine manga series to collect. it has so many twists and turns to the story that leaves u saying "no way!" what!!!" (in a good way) and the u get mad when the book ends because now u have to wait another 4-6 months before the next volume comes out! buy it!!buy it!!! or at least read it at ur convenient barnes n'noble store around the block (or at least mine is.)
