I love Fruits Basket! This series so awesome! 17 comes out in August and then things start to get going! I loved how we got to see how Kyo met Kyoko. If only things were as easy as this for the rest of the series. Teehehehe^_^

it was great to see kyoko's past because we only know her as tohru's mother....now there is more depth to her character

I have to say this VOL was really sad i just about cryed when kyoko husband died.
I love Fruits Basket! This volume was little boring to me it strayed to far from the original plot, it was all flash backs.

Where'd you read online?I'd like to read the rest since I only found vol.16 on shelfs at my local store and the one in NYC.
