Now that Masayoshi Garama finally posses both the sacred Angel-Fist and the ever elusive Holy Grail, he believes he will finally be able to grasp his dream of becoming immortal. However, he will need to deal with Rou and Shadow Bright-Ring -- the guardians of the Angel-Fist. Meanwhile, the Bright-Ring brothers will need to face Garama's new guard, Shinjuro, in order to take the Angel-Fist and Holy Grail back.

But before too long, as the evil that he warns them of begins to appear, Juzo finds himself locked in bitter conflict with an evil organization that wants to study Mao in the development of super soldier beasts.
