Her DOB is Dec. 1, and she was raised in Kanagawa prefecture next to Tokyo. She worked for a newspaper company until 1998. She won the Mimi & Kiss first-manga award from Kodansha and had her manga debut in 1994 with Sugao ni Kisu Shite (Kiss My Unpainted Face). She currently publishes her work in Kiss magazine.

*cry*. the series is all done. i wish tokyopop released more titles like Tramps Like Us (Kimi Wa Petto). i want more Josei titles and just better stories. more yayoi ogawa wouldn't hurt either.

More Yayoi Ogawa is wanted! Please start picking up her other titles and translating them and make sure that the people who first started translating Tramps Like Us are the ones who translate her work. The last volume's translation seemed clunky compared to the other 13 volumes. I was told by my local comic book shop that Tokyopop couldn't find the original person who started translating this, which was why we had to wait so long for the last volume to come out. Please don't let this happen again if you decide to bring any other titles over to the states. I absolutely adore Yayoi Ogawa's manga and hope to see more soon.

i gotta get these manga, i read a little bit of one of them in the tokyopop magazine, but ive never been able to get any of them, and now the manga is done, that really sucks!!!! liz LOVES justin

We need more Yayoi Ogawa manga!! Seriously!! Even though some josei manga that's been put in English isn't that great, this proves that the right series can be wonderful. It's one of my favorite manga ever...sad it's over.

The trial and tribulations that Momo, Sumire, Hasumi, Fuku, Hugh, Emma and well all the characters went through really showed how the things we love can be in front of us the whole time. My order from Books A Million just came today. So now this wonderful series will come to an end. I hope it ends beautifully.

The series ends really well: the volume has some truly touching moments, and some hilarious ones as well. Now that it's over I have a bit of emptiness inside but at least I can read this series over and over again.

I am so excited about reading this last voulme! This is my favorite series, and I have re-read all 13 volumes so far more times than I can remember. I hate to see the series end, but I am still excited to read this coming volume.
