Dabin and Shihu work together to prevent their fathers from confronting each other at the PTA meeting. With Eugene's help, they barely escape the crisis. Dabin realizes that Shihu is the one that saved her from the pond accident. Later, she's put into an awkward situation when both Shihu and Eugene confess their love for her. She makes her choice but she doesn't seem to feel comfortable about her decision...
Dabin Choi
Our heroine. Dabin is spirited, perky and awkward. She struggles with her grades, argues with her father, flirts with the boys at her school. She's very much a typical 14-year-old, with one major exception: Dabin's father runs one of the most powerful organized crime cartels in Korea.
Mr. Choi
Dabin's father, and one of the most highly-sought mob bosses in Korea. Mr. Choi may be an infamous criminal, but as far as Dabin's concerned, he's simply "Dad." As questionable as his lifestyle may appear, one things is obvious, he really loves his daughter.
Eugene Sung
The son of Mr. Choi's friend, who helps out with Mr. Choi's business endeavors, is also Dabin's long-time unrequited love interest. Dabin transfers to Eugene's high school just to better woo Eugene. Unfortunately, Eugene isn't into Dabin. In fact, he thinks of her more like a little sister. (The kiss of death!)
Shihu Myoung
Dabin's new classmate, the son of her father's long-time rival, Bongchun Myoung. Shihu and Dabin used to play together until their fathers had a falling out. Now that Dabin and Shihu are in the same class, they start playing power games just like their fathers.
Rose Shin (aka "Black Rose")
Dabin's rival at her old high school whose twin sister Lily attends Dabin's new school.
Ilsoo
The second boss and steward of Dabin’s house, who contemplates an idea to hire Shihu as Dabin's bodyguard in order to reconcile the two families.
