Count Luigis Franki
He is the benevolent Duke of the city of Manulin. His interest in the Casull family and its heirs goes beyond the simple kindness of a government official. He has kept a secret from his town for fourteen years. The secret will force the Count to make a horrible decision, one no man ever makes lightly.

Finebell
