Fuu
A bright, enthusiastic and more than a little ditzy young waitress. Fuu has an obsession with a sunflower-scented samurai which has yet to be explained.

Jin
An accomplished samurai with a mysterious past and a deadly technique, Jin is quite and respectful--nearly the polar opposite of the loud and obnoxious Mugen.

Mugen
A swordsman who has mastered a "champloo" (mixed) style of fighting, he's unrefined, arrogant and lives like there's no tomorrow.
