Mitsukazu Mihara debuted in 1994 with the short "Gomu no Iranai Kodomo-tachi," winning a contest for the magazine Feeling Young. Famous for the "Gothic Lolita" fashions that she dresses her characters in, Mihara-sensei is considered a master of the short story.
