Futaba, Kiara, Virid, and Belbel continue their journey to find Kiara’s master. On the way to Rouge, they encounter Virid's twin brother, who came to take Virid back to Viridian. Virid tells his brother that he has no intention of going back to his country and he is going to keep traveling with Futaba. Shortly after Futaba and company enter Rouge, the country is attacked by two intruders, one of which is an ex-apprentice of Belbel. Futaba and Kara escape into Pol-Pora ruins where the first Amaranthine was summoned a thousand years ago. They meet Kiara's master there, but on the contrary to their hope, her master turns against them!

Futaba
A boy that has grown up in an overprotected family, suddenly finds himself on the other side of the world.

Kiara
She's searching for her true master so she can open the gates to send Futaba home.
