Kyo kara maoh is my fav anime and as soon as i found out there was a manga i had to buy it, and it's great. Though i do find the manga more 'suggestive' than anime (which keeps it strictly PG), eg. Lady Celi's comment when she walks in on Yuri in the bath & Gunter's hilarious speech when Yuri comments about the local underwear (it's a thong). Those who love the anime have to read the manga, for those who haven't seen the anime start watching. I hope tokyopop translate Tomo's light novel's too.

Yay! Finally. I've been waiting for this for a long time. I really hope the quality is good in this one. Tokyo pop prints are always really dark compared to the original manga, and some time the edges are cut off too much also and it takes away from the work as the whole. QUALITY NOT QUANTITY!

Good series. Kyou Kara Maoh (can also be spelled Maou) has action, friendship, mystery, suspense, romance, betrayal and redemption, political intrigue, humor, thought-out national histories - truly epic in scale. Another part of its charm, though, is that the scale is great but it never loses the focus on the individuals, their struggles and how they meet those struggles. --- You can find the first episode of the anime adaptation on Veoh.com; that is how I fell in love with KKM.
