No offense, but the art was bland. And he plot seems to be rather bad, was this really published?

I thought this could have used more accent lines, speed tones, vanishing points, SFX, and more depth to add the flavor. Furthermore, the art style used in this was a bit too American graphic novel-like if you ask me. The drawing style is too different from the Japanese style to be used in a manga.
