The night our eyes met
My teeth grew
My hair became fur
My eyes saw all
My heart was alive
My soul existed

Darkness and smoke
You, my angel, let me see
Vibration from my heart wipes the blood that can soak
Sparkles of life that could free
I found the lock
And ye, the key
Your body with beauty enough to shock

The night you spoke
My chest beat
My mind worked
Words failed
Feelings flourished
Empty shell I was
Now overfilling

I howl at nights you cannot be found
Teeth grind as I wait
For that moon where you come around
A hunger that cannot be sate
Feeling becoming a beating sound
Sitting, wondering, why you came into my life so late

The night we kissed
My muzzle watered
Life was risked
All composure, faltered
Eternal feeling I wish i could list
My wolf eyes bore down on beauty sheltered
I defend with claws, not fist
Your scent, none compared

Love that grows
Ecstasy that brings life
My mate who's comfort makes me dose
One night, one man, one knife
No more dreaming of you and I in a field of rose

The night you were gone
Beating of my soul ceased
Howling, wishing to never see dawn
Pup still wondering why no good bye's at least
Life is gone, soul is shunned
