I think I have to agree with Grimslice mostly on this issue. Two months should not be enough time to know if you love someone or not. However, there are circumstances, few and rare that they are, in which a person can fall in love with a person within a short period of time. This hardly ever happens and is the stuff of movies and cheap romance novels, but alas it does happen in real life. And I would think that you would very well know it if you realized you were in love with a person within that short period of time and that you would feel a very strong attraction to that person.

It depends like, how long have you actually been dating cause if its like 3 months, you cant honestly say you love them. You havent spent enough time with the person. Ive been with a girl for years but I dont feel like I love them, I end up breaking up with them anyways. If a girl told me she didnt believe in love after a couple months I wouldnt blame her at all.

I kinda laugh at her, and ask her what she means by "not believing in love", because that's a completely ridiculous idea and doesn't make any sense, and then my opinion of her intelligence would drop a little.
