The second kiss happens on chapter 129 and this is where tohru ran away from kyo after seeing him in the hospital after their first kiss (which tohru couldn't remember bcoz she was asleep). He indicates that he can run faster and catches up with her and clears their misunderstanding...

The kiss happens on chapter 122, Kyo left for sometime and returned only to find out the incident that had happened and pleads to tohru to be alright. She says she's alright to comfort the young man and Kyo asks tohru not to speak and kisses her.

Tohru and Kyo had her first kiss in chapter in chapter 122 but Tohru was unconscious at the time so she doesn't remember. I think its in volume 21 or 22. (2nd kiss=chap 129)
