The other day I bought myself a diary! Not for ‘angst angst, what I ate for lunch’, as that’s what LJ is for. Rather, to keep track of how much I’m drawing.

It may sound stupid, but drawing all the time means I forget how fast time passes. It took about four or five days before I was used to it being August. Because of this it’s difficult to get a grasp on whether I’m doing lots of work, or hardly any. So now I’m going to start writing down what I’ve done each day, even if I was a lazy, lazy moo!

Actually, I got kinda carried away. I didn’t just buy a diary: I bought a cute diary! And mini coloured fineliners to write in it. Also, the diary has a year planner (for writing when conventions and meetings are happening), space for notes, elastic strap to hold it shut aaaand a plastic zip-up pocket in the back (which is where the aforementioned fineliners go). Oh yeah, it’s so cute! XD

So at least I can write that I did nothing with some style. ^^;
