I drew this after watching the Avatar episode The Crossroads of Destiny. Even though the canon couples are irrevocably Mae and Zuko, and Aang and Katara, i think Zutara would have been wayyy more interesting, and a lot better. However, I'd be vouching for Jet if he were still alive *sniffles*. Oh, the injustices of children's TV limitations! >.

Yes, the title says it all. This is a tribute to Jet, who was and remains my favourite character from Avatar. They were cruel to kill them off, though that did give way for some Zutara-ness (which is coming up next in my fanart lol). It's sad that Zuko only finds out that Jet died during that Ember Island play, where he saw the actor jet die and was all like "Jet's dead?!!". it was sad, but i still laughed...kinda. I'm cruel.
