Reviews: A BOOK YOU BREATHE IN AND NEVER LET OUT

Twelve Kingdoms tells an intriguing story of a girl growing up to be a king - yes, a king - in a world not of her own. The world is a masterpiece of mystery and wonders, planned and constructed with utmost care to the details - and it comes with a complete set of history and lives lived. This series is one worth the wait.

Two days ago, I picked up a copy of the first novel of the "Twelve Kingdoms" series, by  Fuyumi Ono. I was originally introduced to the anime by a friend years ago when it still aired in Japan and instantly fell in love with it.
