This is my baby, we found him living outside, somebody's lost pet. He was sick and injured when we rescued him. He is the most loving and good natured parrot I have ever had the privilege of meeting. He loves everyone he comes into contact with and adores my father and brother, he generally will fling himself off of his perch to get to them.

This is a cousin of the large Toucan. This little fellow, very curious, would often come and sit near me and watch while I worked in his aviary sketching other birds.

These nested frequently by my home in Newport Beach, California. They are extremely graceful and a pleasure to watch as they hunt for fish and take care of their offspring.
