Alright, don't get me started on "authentic manga", just kidding. Since nobody's mentioned it I reccomend Eureka Seven. It has a great story, diverse characters and cool music :)

Lol, I would choose somthing that's 100 percent authentic manga. Like Fma, or Furuba or GUndum Wings or Gundum seed or trigun or king of bandits or yugioh or shaman king and such.

Full Metal Alchemist is good. I like Dragon Ball Z a lot, Fruits Basket is kinda sappy but surprisingly awesome, and like Dragon333 said, Naruto and One Piece are good. BLEACH IS AWESOME!
