Review of "LIFE Vol 1"

When I was flipping through the back of a novel I'd recently bought, the manga LIFE stood out like a sore thumb. This series deals with things that are considered taboo or shouldn't be discussed, as some think. I would say,though, that if you're a person who can't handle blood or someone causing themself personal harm, shown in graphic pictures, this series isn't for you. The main focus of this volume seems to be that the main character has lost her best friend and, as a result, has started cutting. I reall appreciated the ending note from a professional who knows about cutting because it told the signs and further explained this addiction. Being someone with a shaky past with this action, I found this first book to be amazing and I will continue to purchase this series.
