Yes, we're still down-- it's because the restore that our web host promised us is, it turns out, impossible. Not that they, you know, told us that until I nagged the hell out of them.
The GOOD news is that we're in the process of moving to a new host anyway, so I've basically been working my ass off all weekend to get that ready as fast as possible, and it's just about ready.
The new site will have a few differences from the old one...
This part is important. Please read it! As is so common, there is bad news to go with the good. One of our irreparable losses is our user database. (Trust me, I tried importing that sucker six million times and basically, everyone's passwords keep being garbled into nothingness and I have no way to reset them all.) This means that when the new site goes live, you will have to sign up again in order to view any of our locked content.
So! Here's what's going to happen: I am working on getting the new location into full functionality. As of yesterday I was already pretty close to done, so I should finish that up early today. Then I'll set our nameservers to change, and within 24-48 hours yaoisuki.net will point to our new address. You'll know when it happens because visiting yaoisuki.net will take you to something that looks like our website, instead of a mass of text like this. =P Then y'all can just sign up again; it'll be pretty easy. Think of it as a chance to change your info if you so choose!
NOTE: If you change your username and are playing the Yaoi-ConTest bingo game, please inform us of your new username!
Thanks for all your patience, guys. I know this is super irritating. Feel free to e-mail jen or jordan if you have any questions or anything in the meantime.
